Industrial automatic Aluminum Roller Shutter Doors are widely used in all kinds of factory and warehouses. Its door body is double skin thermal insulated structure. Aluminum material will not rust after long time use. Electric Aluminum Roller Door can be used in both exterior and interior locations because of good wind-resistance capacity. Compared with regular steel roller shutter door, above advantages will bring long terms benefits for you on saving energy and reduce door replacement.
Thermal insulated
Double skin aluminum slat, filled with polyurethane foam. It can prevent thermal conduction. So it will keep warm in winter or keep cool in summer inside room. At the same time, Insulated Aluminum Rolling Door can reduce noise level spreading from outside.
Good airtightness
At two sides, the side track is sealed with seal brush. (Below left picture)
At the bottom, EPDM weather seal rubber of soft material is fixed to touch with ground floor. (Below right picture)
Compact structure
We equip aluminum roller shutter doors with turbular drive motor, which is hidden inside of top roller tube. So after door fixed, you will not see the motor by eye, and the whole door looks compact with small size head and side frame. It is beautiful and also only need small space for installation at site.
